      Good start for newcomers

      Pros

      I was working in arvato as a content reviewer in a team of 30 people. This was my first job in Ireland after arriving from another EU country. The colleagues were nice and friendly, the job was easy in the beginning then become a bit annoyingly complicated but still not too bad. Lots of opportunity to make friends, and even have a chance to move forward on the company ladder. Overall was a best place to start.

      Cons

      The main problem is that as many other companies here offers 8 hours paid plus one hour break, which is not flexible so you have to stay 9 hours anyway. I heard other teams have the chance to work less, sacrificing their breaktime. Management doesn't give much effort on flexibility either it's student-life or work-time issues as they consider the workforce as highly expandable, could find another one for the language in two days anyway.

      Great People working there as slaves, nobody happy at all but very friendly

      Cons

      Worst management ever. They don't know where they are going. They don't let People grow within the company and give their best. Your success will depend of how do you relate with the leaders

      Fast paced environment that enables you to learn a loty by getting your hands the job while maintaining a certain level of support.

      Cons

      As fast paced as any other vendor environment is, changes are constant and for this reason what makes sense today, might not make sense tomorrow which can lead to excessive adaptation.

      Thank you very much for this review about the QA team! Here in arvato, we have a very fast paced work environment and the ability to adapt to changes is fundamental, especially working for such big clients as we do.
