No pros at all. Does not recommend this to anyone unless you are desperate to have a work.

Cons

Management does not care about employees. The brown Director is very cheap, when I was promoted as TL. I only got a raised of 1 dollar per hour. Mangement threaten by skilled hard working employees are treated badly. Management is also unprofessional. Profanity should not be tolerated at all inside the office.
