Pros

Excellent Multi-cultural environment Diverse workforce Loads of room for improvement Career progression opportunities Wide variety of clients and interesting projects to get involved in. Extremely smart and capable people. Wonderful social scene.

Cons

If i am to be a real nitpick you can pick some cons like working hours for some of the arvato clients can be challenge for certain people but that is not the same for all clients and most of the clients offer great work-life balance and amazing opportunities.

It is a great environment to work, with great opportunities and good people. I learned a lot from that experience I had in arvato and I really appreciate that this company gave me the opportunity to create a career path.

There are many internal opportunities to grow inside the company. You always received training to keep yourself update and what I liked the most working there was the environment..very friendly and multicultural
