      Pros

      Very social company, safe workplace, international, many options regarding further education

      Cons

      Very complex on organisation level and not very transparent regarding some management decisions, IT needs an overall "reset", some bosses should value their employees more

In fact, if an employee is performing well (achieving the targets) after 12 months can apply to any other internal opportunity within arvato!
