      The compensation and benefits are great.

      Cons

      Salary Disputes. Slow processing of things. Their Bing Ads account management is treats employees like disposable kitchenware. They'll dispose of the employee once they are done using them. Worst, they will make you feel that its your fault. Heartless monsters.

      It was an extremely good company and I was excited to work there, everything went smoothly with day to day operations.

      Cons

      There were times where it felt as if it was hard to move up the ladder and it was also very competitive so late nights and early mornings
