Pros

Company is in the right marketplace - OmniChannel Commerce, Supply Chain Management and potentially has the right employee skills and focus.

Cons

Management has and had no plan - after two successive years of down siding, most top employees and the management team has either left or been "unhappily" let go. There never was a focus - the executive manager is and was more interested in his outside employment than really focusing his time and energy on the company, its business, profit/loss - just sad.

it's good for a few months if you're relocating

Pros

the relocation managers are really helpful, they help with all your documents, bank account etc.

Cons

kitchen hygiene is dreadful, bonuses that never come, stressful and inhuman targets, they profile themselves as best employer but you're just a number and replaceable. The management doesn't even understand the basics of management. Very chaotic and unreliable. They promise a lot of things in interviews and half of it will never happen or they pop up with new rules suddenly.

Pros

Arvato pays on time and efficiently. The offices are well located and the job in itself is easy. You can learn everything there is to learn in no more than a few months. As with any other company employing mostly young people, the best part is their people.

Cons

There is no monitoring of anybody|s tasks. You can find a team in which 2 people do 90% of the work while the remaining 8 cannot cover the other 10% of the work. There is no reward programs for working hard, no coaching sessions nor feedback of any source. The pay is low considering we work directly for one of the top software companies in the world. Excesive over time, sometimes on the spot.
