      Horrible environment, need a union in Pleasant Prairie

      Pros

      Soda machine in cafeteria and decent benefits (but you pay a lot for them)

      Cons

      Negative work atmosphere, lots of management with zero team building skill. Impossible to advance unless you kiss the butt of a lower management and decide to get into 'the circle'. If accepted into the circle; advancement is possible and you really do not need reasoning skills or business experience, but the pay is still not in line with similar jobs. The culture is very cutthroat and anything said or done can and will be held against you. Arvato in Pleasant Prairie is a job, but not a career.

      Pros

      Excellent atmosphere. Even though the salary was very average, working there made sense as I could leave my work behind the office door and enjoy life. I was let to live at work.

      Cons

      There weren't any big career opportunities in Brno department, but nobody was promised there would be.
