      -some really nice (international) colleagues

      Cons

      -no promotion possibilities unless buddies with upper management -worst pay of my carreer -toxic admosphere due to poor leadership

      New openings opened to all staff globally. Good clients portfolio. Very challenging environment. No previous experience always necessary. Diverse environment.

      Low salaries. Lack of motivation in some areas Lack of people management, more focus to business management side.

      A good company to get initial experience straight from college. relax atmosphere and amazing people to work with.

      Cons

      Long hours and minimum pay. Its all about who you're friends with to get up and not about the work you put in.
