      Pros

      Friendly and relaxed work environment. Management really wants to ensure employees have a pleasant work space and fun social events. Attempted to bring salaries up to market value.

      Cons

      Need to have more than one large account Listen to your employees and engage them in what is happening with the company Actually hire a sales team. Need to think big picture, rather than get scared by short term bumps in the road

      Pros

      - work with Google products, tools, PC - perks (free snacks for the fastest people in canteen) - pension&health insurance (after completion of 6 months of probationary period) - quaterly bonus (max. 4% of salary) based on performance

      Cons

      - dilettante management (especially Operation Leads) who is constantly demotivating employees - non-transparent system of promotion (better jobs are for ''very close friends'' of TeamLeaders/Operations Lead only) - low salary and low bonus - more strict criteria for bonus (targets getting more difficult to reach, min. 98% of performace for getting a bonus)
