Pros
Team Leaders and Managers are good. Thinks lot about team members. Sometime spent from their own pocket to motivate their team members.
Cons
People in management are there from decades or half decades and they think that decision made by them are right. They are not acceptable to change. Appraisal is very transparent means its pre-decided and pre-known to everybody. Their are only few people who gets good appraisal and rest gets penuts.
