      Awesome Environment,positive challenging stress. As an outsourcing company, it gives you a great insight of giant companies business.

      Cons

      Salary and Benefits. Hard to get recognised for your efforts which can be frustrating at times.

      Pros

      Most co workers were nice. Salary was okay and average. Training was great.

      Cons

      Per 8 hour shift we were only allowed a maximum of 7 minutes to go to the toilet and get tea or coffee. Problems with computer system almost constantly crashing and freezing up. Having to take notes in wordpad. Also being told that if the computer system does this just ignore it and continue taking calls anyway. We had to log it in later. Also sometimes not being able to take short breaks or lunch due to many customers calling.
