      Pros

      Good stuff to learn and improve your skills. Can have a better opportunities with other employers later.

      Cons

      Work 24/7 with no extra pay. Then they ditch you if you are unhappy (of course you are), no sick time.

      LOT to learn with no good compensation, no promotions or benefits poor management overall.

      Pros

      Overtime and experience(you learn a 3 peoples job) to get better opportunity elsewhere.

      Cons

      management is horrible, you have to be managers or supervisors "buddy" for you to get a promotion, no good relationships, they talk about temp workers like disposables and fired lot of arvato employees this year to get temps. arvato employees haven't got a raise since 3 years ago. senior management are rude and don't bother to see the potential neither your resume even if you their job.

      Pros

      The company is hugh but it's well organised. Good Staff benefit. Good staff trainning program. They treat people equally regardless the gender, race and religion.

      Cons

      The atomophere here is kind of serious rather than relax. They are not providing very good canteen food anyway. The Knowledge sharing here is not very good.
