Pros
They don't ask for previous work experience, even if you are new to the job, the profession. I have even seen them employing people whose language skills were not up to par. Also, (I think due to less-than-competitive pay), they are not very strict in enforsing rules - from eating on the production floor to appropriate clothes, etc. They make rules, but nobody follows them :-)
Cons
There are no fixed shifts - they change every 4-5 weeks. Nobody seems sure of anything - the info you get is dependent on whom you're speaking to. They are not willing to make accommodations to support (for instance, due to childcare issues... although to be fair, you're told ahead of time that they do not make allowance. But, I think that is a very bad culture that doesn't think of its employees that have a life outside of the work
