Terrible training, and one you start the job, no one follows you. The dynamic they use is not working, in the meantime there is more people that continue to start the job, so you just become a number until they say that you can't do what the expect you to do. -there is no carrier opportunities because In Italy, Arvato doesn't hire directly anymore
