cheerful friendly people / co-workers who cared about you as a person and wanted you to succeed. Great experience. Never a dull moment.

Cons

Almost too busy to think sometimes. Long shifts and hard work, always asking to pick up extra shifts and work more hours.

When I worked there, I created my own schedule to work. They hand you a blank calendar and you mark the days you want to work an 8 or 16 hour shift. You call them the days that you marked and they'll tell you if they have a room for you or not. Great pay as well!

Cons

The only real downside I could see is that it's not a very steady income if they don't need you on a lot of the days that you had put down to work.
