      * Well payed * Good work/life balance

      Cons

      * No career perspective as an engineer (technical talents are lost to management positions due to this) * A lot of ego-centric politics * When it comes to software development: most of it is out-sourced and there is a lack of expertise when it comes to in-house development * The management has no clue about development of high tech products/technologies that are not within the classical automotive field
