Relax work environment if meets target and willing to work hard, great and friendly colleagues, very good brand, premium dealership, great test drive route

Cons

infrastructure issues, hard to find on google map, little customer parking, far and dirty employee parking, hard to get to service department, low overall team moral, cut cost by wage reduction in service, sales and techs department, very light floor traffic
