      1. The great, friendly and creative atmosphere within the Design Department. 2. Clear processes 3. Very good benefits 4. The company gives you a feeling of stability and safety. 5. The management pays respect to employees needs

      Cons

      1. Very strict and a bit old-school differentiation between normal employees and the management. This causes a very hierarchic system within which it is quite hard to get into the management. 2. Some processes are very time consuming and bureaucratic.
