Pros
Takes care of it’s people, people are really nice and friendly. The culture of the organisation is around team work and collaboration rather than competition. Open to new ideas & innovation. Flexible work environment. Multi cultural.
Cons
Can have very loose structures and processes, and not hierarchical . Sometimes feels like not much of direction or people doing things the way they like. Most of senior managers (in Australia) are Anglosphere, in the older age range, and men and a lot of the times lacking technical knowledge as the company has a lot of focus on salesmanship. Politics can play a major role in promotions and salary rises. Too much emphasize on utilisation rather than output.
