Great company values, flexibility and project opportunities. High performing teams.
Cons
The values the company promotes do not necessarily map to the team level. In my team the leader created an environment that did not provide the psychological safety to say if I was struggling or had made an error. This was compounded by a lack of support or understanding of the challenges of the role, leaving me feeling isolated and exposed. Further the company states that it wont work for companies that dont have similar values, but actively pursues work with clients that have a track record of bullying and unethical behaviour.
