      Pros

      Clients are usually very nice. Projects typically very interesting if you create opportunities yourself.

      Cons

      BASE has totally lost itself, unfortunately. All the company’s values and people focus are long gone. I guess it has started with HR director hire, who perfectly services themselves and leadership. Unfortunately, they forget what their department “People & culture” is actually supposed to do. At this point of time people are already generally demotivated.

      Good work life balance with focus on quality of work rather than counting hours. Flexible hours, great community, yearly off-site trip

      Cons

      Consulting can sometimes be long hours. WFH can make you feel disconnected. Infosys takeover has already started to limit things such as internal travel.
