      -401K Match -Overtime -2-2-3 schedule every other weekend off. -Vacation 120 hour per year start off. -16 hours of floating holidays -Unlimited sick time -Ability to advice after 1 year in position

      Pros

      Asymmetric schedule that gives you a three day weekend every other week. Second to none benefits package. Wide range of growth opportunities and lateral corporate movement.

      Cons

      Wide disconnect between trench level employees and upper management. Company does not always deliver on promised compensation.

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good and the 401k are great, pretty decent about of vacation and it would take an act of Congress to get fired out here.

      Cons

      Hours, work-life balance, it's a sauna in that place and in the middle of summer they make you wear thick long sleeve uniforms that have to be buttoned completely. It's August in Alabama, we have people passing out, literally. They run a 27/7 cycle unless you are an engineer of management, then it's banker hours, so if something goes wrong there's nobody to make the tough call and if you make the wrong call, it's your fault.
