Pros

Suitable for people who want to be a monotonous, routine desire and rant to being his or her confort zone.

Cons

It was a very negative experience. First of all, things are completely reduced to tasks. It is very difficult for someone to learn something long-term in a job that is very monotonous. Micro management is common on all teams. Although it is claimed that there is a horizontal structure in all discourses, internal/external documents or meetings, there is a completely vertical administration. Oftenly team leaders or department heads do not know what you are doing and only make the team specialist's own arbitrary decisions. Persons do not matter in the slightest in this company. They try to create artificial competition within the team for low wages, but everyone knows the decisions that are NOT transparent.
