      The best reason to work at BASF, is its salary and benefits. It has a competitive salary, if you are in a managerial position, you will most likely travel often.

      Cons

      Sales have been decreasing in the past few years in the South American Region. This has placed a lot of stress on its management, forcing it to take desperate measures in order to boost its sales.
