Cons

Management is horrible, no direction, no presence in the workplace even before Covid. Absolutely none after Covid. Leadership in positions simply because of diversity numbers. Site metrics all time lows even with high demand.

Cons

Enormous gap between management and operators. Great consideration for office employees, very little for floor employees. Exposure to dangerous fumes, dust, and chemicals in operating areas.
