      Wages, 401k, overtime opportunities, some friendly and helpful operators.

      Cons

      Comically weak union(United Steel). Low morale. Separation between management and union workers. Unsafe working conditions. Limited tools to complete necessary tasks. Undermanning. Overworking. Rushed jobs. No sick days. No bonus.
