Bishop Site Is Outdated And Behind The Times. Management Is Still Learning To Be Management. Rules Are Made As We Go Along It Seems. Company Puts No Money Into Facilities Like Lunch Room, Rest Rooms Or Locker Rooms.

Challenging field, plus there is danger involved with working with chemicals. Depending on your title, most of the bargaining unit workers work swing shift. This may not be a Con for everyone but this is a very "woke" company. I am all for inclusion but i don't agree with sacrificing qualifications for a more diverse working area.
