Pros
EXCELLENT benefits! Easy, easy work. Fairly good pay. Allow you to work independently. Hired on and automatically get 3 weeks vacation and 24 hours of holiday pay. Call in policy is pretty good.
Cons
Redundant work, coworkers don't work as a team, every one out for themselves, does not take a lot of brain cells to do the job, shift hours are ridiculous if you're not a morning person, 12 hour shifts make for a long day doing the same thing over and over, work 3 day weekends ever other weekend, management will schedule you for overtime but not even tell you they did it.
