Pros

Great teams of competent people. Above average salaries. Broad global reach, with potential to move geographically, and across functions for above average performing professionals. You must however start early in your career to make these moves. Otherwise, difficult to impossible.

Cons

Some of the senior executives, but luckily not all, come across as being interested in the employees, but when you get to see them in action, they're focused clearly on themselves and how they can develop their own careers.
