Pros
People respect your private time, even when some of the people you work with are in a different time zones. Hybrid working method, so that I don't have to waste time and money on commute, every single day.
Cons
The bonus could be a little bit better, but the business is recovering, so fingers crossed! The medical benefit could also be improved. Paternal leave could be longer, so that it helps in coping with the mental fatigue with having a new member in the family.
