Business Outlook
Pros
Money is OK. Work isn't very hard. Overall it's an easy job. Easy to move up the ladder because they can't keep people.
Cons
Only plant in the world where we are contracted. Constantly swapping between El cheapo security companies that make a company like Walmart look outstanding. Benefits are outrageously expensive and practically useless. No retirement plan. No PTO. No training budget. No annual training burn as required by the NFPA. 0 formal training on safety yet we are expected enforce BMW'S safety policies for contractors. Equipment is not dependable.
