      -HR are attaching importance to tranining and willing to pay. -Pay is fairly ok. -Room for personal development cuz company is expanding

      Cons

      -Dominated by Germans in all functions. Not too much say for local employees. -Work place too far from downtown city. -Rigourous and in-flexible working discipline
