      I liked the people I worked "with"

      As a director, moving up in the company is out of the question. The people who get the promotions have managed to politically climb the ladder to success by knowing how the "good ole boys" networking works. Positions for upward movement are never posted - not even within - those decisions are made by who you know not what you know.
