      Bayer is a well established company with a recognizable name. Benefits are relatively good and compensation is competitive with rest of industry.

      Cons

      Company is burdened by corporate integrity agreements with the government. Everything must be filtered through Legal.

      Pros

      Good benefits. There really is nothing else to say here, I am padding this out to the 20 word minimum.

      Cons

      Bayer Healthcare is a massive corporation, you are just another number to them. Everyone in management seems to be of the belief that if you don't completely agree with every decision being made, you can leave and they will just replace with you. The idea that they want us to have a better work life balance is a farce. In reality, they will try to keep you around 40 hours a week because thats "best for your work/life balance", and then pick and nag when you're unable to complete the job. Very few career opportunities for field employees, unless you are willing to relocate to Pittsburgh.
