      Research side is great

      Research side of the team is exciting and feels like a small Biotech but with more funding

      Cons

      The management is legacy from brought out company. Some of the leadership are not there to elevate their direct reports.

      Pros

      Working at BioNTech US has been a very positive experience so far. They are scientist and researchers that remember that we are all people with things going on in life. Basically, they created a friendly environment that allows one to productive and in control of their schedule (as long as work gets done). People here have been great! -pay -work life balance -accessibility to people at all levels

      Cons

      The on boarding is a long process and I believe could be streamlined a bit better. Still, they have added many employees at fast rates so this could be the reason why.
