Pros

Good medical insurance, bonus and share options. Generally the people are nice Very bright scientist

Cons

Too conservative and hierarchical - you are expected to tow the company line at all times despite your experience and expertise. Perhaps because it still functions like a small start-up German Biotech, in control by its owners and senior people who have no voice, or act as bullies. Too many academics with no prior pharma experience Can’t retain staff - a lot leave within a year! It’s like a revolving door Overexpands then contracts quickly- does not seem to have a decent growth strategy.
