Very good work environment. Good benefits. More pay than other roles I was looking in to.
Pros
They trusted me to do a job that other companies didn't have faith a recent college graduate could do well. They were right to, and likely did so because of a thorough interview process. After only a couple months I have been a solid contributor to my work. They stock the fridges with breakfast and lunch food as well as drinks (sometimes a few beers), so most days lunch is free. There is a lot of freedom and trust involved, and everyone is part of a culture that lives up to expectations without strict rules.
Cons
I haven't had a full time job for more than a summer before this, so it haven't wrapped my head around how little time I will have for trips each year but that comes with a full time job. The effort that so many employees put in to their work creates a good work environment, but creates pressure to work extra hours and sometimes work at unpreferable hours. We have taken on a large workload, and some of my coworkers need more help to relieve some of the work, but they are hiring quickly to fix this.
