      stressful without point, the senior managers act like they're heroes and doing all the wokr themselves but actually very disorganised. they take their anger out on junior staff. so many persons just try to hide and cya

      Love my coworkers, everyone is young and friendly and mostly hard-working

      Cons

      All decisions must come from CEO. Lack of trust in team to make decisions, constant pressure on team to cut costs and lack of appreciation of the team.

      Working atmosphere, workload, support, flexibility.

      Cons

      Salary, a lot of unnecessary and useless trainings, permanent implementation of very clumsy and valueless systems, absence of bonuses, lack of internal promotion - preference to external people.
