* Interessante Domäne. * Sofern man des strukturierten Arbeitens mächtig ist, wird sich die Arbeitsbelastung sehr in Grenzen halten.

Cons

* Sehr schlechte unternehmens- und arbeitsgruppeninterne Kommunikation. * Schlechtes Arbeitsklima und fragwuerdiger Umgang unter Kolleginnen und Kollegen. * Kein glückliches Händchen bei der Wahl einiger Vorgesetztinnen und Vorgesetzten. * Konflikte können nicht nach oben eskaliert werden. * Geringe Vergütung. * Der Theorie nach eine interessante Domäne, doch die Praxis ist dann schon sehr viel grauer: gerade die IT-Abteilungen des Unternehmens sind im Wesentlichen mit dem Debuggen von Legacy-Code beschäftigt. * Keine Karriereperspektiven

Pros

Recently part of BioNTech via acquisition of Neon Therapeutics. Signs all point to this being the best case scenario. We now have the small biotech feel of Cambridge while also being part of a larger global biotech ecosystem. Innovative & diversified portfolio that I am excited to be a part of. Lots of opportunities to learn new ways to do science. Culture and employee experience has been fantastic. Great opportunity to be a part of a company poised for huge success.

Cons

Growing pains are natural. Organizational structure is largely flat which can be great as we’re all empowered but can be difficult and disorganized at times. It’s likely we need to implement more layers.
