      Pros

      challenging, therefore can learn a lot and grow quickly. Very good support and collaboration with others. Harding working is encouraged and the efforts will be seen and rewarded.

      always changing, new functions, new topics to talk/ meeting, but actually I think this makes the job could never be boring

      Pros

      Excellent working condition and open corporate culture. Flexible working condition. Lots of financial and technological working opportunities. World level technology.

      Cons

      There are not much to say about the cons of Bloomberg L.P. But since it is private company and there are not many of rival companies, there is no clear goal other than increasing revenue.

      Pros

      Great compensation, ample opportunities for advancement, every contribution is valued, friendly atmosphere, collaborative culture, meritocracy, very good training program, and taking part in recruiting is easy and fun.

      Cons

      Managers, while adept, are not always skilled in their managerial duties. It is not uncommon to encounter a lower-level manager who is inaccessible and/or too wrapped up in his own work to effectively lead his team.
