Pros

- 1:1 meeting with team lead monthly - Opportunities to learn new skills - awesome office setting and location - good benefits, incentive travel to HQ every year, booking credits, annual gifts (ipad, gift card..)

Cons

- micromanagement - kpi is vague, needs to be measurable - everyone is replaceable - company's value and culture in Asia strays from original.
