      - Exposure to solving some of the toughest problems of the greatest companies in the world - Smart co-workers - Awesome brand & exit opprotunities

      Cons

      - The alarming amount of new business coming from non-core (strategy/CD/Mkting) work (PMI/PMOs/etc) - Less & less time and resources provided for case teams to actually solved the problems they are hired for resulting in incomplete analysis & relatively poor recommendations - Super arrogant kids right out of college

      comparatively less stressful. you've go the opportunity to work with the top level people.

      don't like the decoration.and for a Part time assistant, the job is usually execution.
