      I have been working for 6 years at BCG and I have to say that I have enjoyed this time in my life.

      Pros

      What I like the most working for BCG is that you find a unique working environment. I have made friends all over the world. It is a pleasure to work with my peers, superiors, with everyone! BCG offers you good perks and benefits and it has a good open policy inside the company. It also gives you opportunities to grow and gives you training in case you want to improve your performance.

      Cons

      I see that consultants work too much. They have long working hours.

      Highly individualized work place with lack of genuine team ethic - you work on your own, so expect little input/help from senior's when genuinely needed Over emphasis on slides as opposed to substance of output in some cases Good project managers but poor man-managers
