Pros

A lot of learning experiences both during case work and in the company traning materials Working directly with senior executives of very successful companies

Cons

Very demanding work, not much life outside of work, people do not have time to have lunch with friends on weekends because they have to work on something and/or go back to the office. Staffing is a bit unpredictable, with people "generalised" too much across different industries and functions.

Pros

Exposure to top level clients, and ability to challenge and impact their work. Helps one grow professionally and personally, and see meaningul results.

Cons

3-5 times more than what one learns in industry. But this does come at a price. Hours can be long.
