Pros
You learn a lot, have chance to see a lot of industries and work with very talented people. Especially in BCG, there is minimum hierarchy.
Cons
You work a lot. If you are in a difficult project, you don't even sleep enough. You are expected to excel every aspect of the project. Sometimes you need to complete tasks you don't even find meaningful for the project.
