      Pros

      Unfortunately, not many I can think of. Benefits offered are medical, dental, life, disability (employee pays a portion). 401K match is decent. Also vacation (however, if you don't use it, you loose it).

      Cons

      Unhappy and pessimistic employees. General consensus is that in order to move up the ladder, you have to be part of the "good ol' boys" club. I have seen many qualified employees who could have improved the company, but were passed up on promotions. Several of these employees have left the company.

      Benefits are about the only good thing with this company.

      Cons

      They only care about the customer. They preach safety but don't really care about it. Micromanage, terrible pay compared to their competitors, poor management. Management by intimidation.
