A good company that could be great.

Pros

Paycheck has never failed to post. The safety culture is going in the right direction. We have a great core group of people. They pay so little that it will not attract qualified talent, this allows an under qualified hard worker to get tremendous experience and opportunity. This was truly, a glass half full statement.

Cons

Management manages numbers, not a business. In their defense, they are hired to produce profit numbers, not products or a happy work force. Lack of vision at the top and every thing, "starts at the top".

Pros

Great 401k plan. Plenty of chances to get overtime. You will have job if you keep your mouth closed and come to work.

Cons

Upper management is very rude. There is very little guidance or leadership. Most of the people in the front office have no idea what is happening on the floor. They put people in positions who have no clue about that area. They are always making up new positions for people. They expect you to train people who haven't worked for the company as long as you to be your boss. Totally different company now. Can't see myself retiring here.
