      High comp, good benefits, $ resources available to get things done.

      Always over-committed engineering teams, old timers need to move on. No accrued vacation time.

      very flexible timings but at the same time very hectic. Work culture is good and people are also great. Overall a good place to be at

      this place is a Very hectic place to work at. most of the times will have to Work more than 40 hours

      Pros

      A very competitive company in wireless communication, though still behind Qualcomm. Working relationship with others is quite easy. Good opportunities to learn new things.

      Cons

      Work can get quite challenging at times. Sometime you have to work overtime to finish your work. Promotion opportunities in management is not promising
