      Company is innovative, fast-paced. Can work on new things and meet some of the most talented engineers in industry in Bay Area.

      Cons

      too much over-time. Have to work weekends too. constant job pressure is very common and projects have to be finished very quickly.

      Pros

      Good compensation package, RSUs make future bonuses only dependent on BRCM stock value. Good teams. Competent, hard working and sociable colleagues.

      Cons

      Too much work, conveyor belt of new designs, requires regular weekend working and long days. No vacation accrual, vacation at manager's discretion.
