- Good salary, free drinks like coffee and soda in the office, - Some good projects to work on depending on the team/group/business units - If money and salary matters more than work-life balance good place to stay if you can handle horrible treatment by managers and upper management

Cons

- Horrible management, manipulative managers and senior management - Treats employees just like slaves and try to push them to the limit of exhaustion - Major drawback is serious and back-stabbing politics - Senior co-workers and even managers take credit for the work underlings have done - When it comes to promotion politics. manipulation and deception matter more then the quality of work. In short if you are belligerent, deceptive and manipulative you have an edge
